Rustic-Modern Master Suite in Grantville, PA
Bathroom remodel.
Where Timeless Texture Meets Modern Sophistication
This master bathroom renovation by Home Pros of Central PA is a showcase of how to modernize a traditional log home without losing its soul. We worked within the existing architectural framework, highlighting the stunning exposed timber ceilings and natural wood walls, while introducing sleek, functional upgrades that elevate the daily routine.
Key Highlights of this Custom Bath Remodel:
- Grand Double Vanity & Storage: We installed a spacious dark-toned double vanity topped with intricate granite counters. A central “tower” cabinet provides ample vertical storage, keeping the space organized and clutter-free.
- Artisanal Wall Details: White decorative mirrors add a touch of “shabby chic” elegance, contrasting beautifully against the horizontal log walls and the clean, white-painted accent surfaces.
- Designer Walk-In Shower: The shower is a masterpiece of custom tile work, featuring large-format neutral tiles, a pebble-stone floor for a spa-like tactile experience, and a built-in corner bench.
- Industrial-Chic Hardware: A sliding “barn-door” style glass enclosure with matte black hardware perfectly bridges the gap between the home’s rustic roots and modern design trends.
- Integrated Lighting: Updated vanity lighting and strategically placed recessed lights ensure the warm wood tones glow without making the space feel dark or enclosed.
